Very disappointing experience with Giftcraft. The bangles I received were poorly packed, and around 20 bangles arrived broken. I immediately contacted their support team through WhatsApp, and they assured me that replacement bangles would be sent.
However, despite their promise, I never received any replacement. Multiple follow-ups through the same WhatsApp chat did not lead to any resolution. The lack of after-sales support and failure to honor their commitment has left me extremely dissatisfied.
I would not recommend purchasing from Giftcraft unless they improve their packaging quality and customer service.

When I enquired about the exchange because of the size is too big, they told me that exchange will be done with double delivery charges.
