โœ… GIFT CRAFT โ€“ Refund & Cancellation Policy (Updated & Professional)

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the work on customized products is initiated immediately.

Customized Product Policy (Important):

  • All our products are custom-made/personalized, hence no return, no refund, and no cancellation will be accepted once the work has started or the order has been processed.
  • Once the product is delivered, no refund or return will be provided under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with design, quality, or change of mind.

Wrong / Mismatch Product Policy:

  • Refund or replacement will be considered only if the customer receives a completely wrong product (different from what was confirmed).
  • In such cases, the customer must provide a proper unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
  • Without an unboxing video, no claim will be accepted.

Damaged Product Policy:

  • If the product is received in a physically damaged condition, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
  • After verification, we will provide a replacement (not refund).

Refund Policy (If Applicable):

  • Refund will be processed only if we fail to deliver the confirmed product or are unable to provide a replacement.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1โ€“2 working days.

RTO (Return to Origin) & Delivery Failure Policy

  • Customers are requested to ensure availability at the time of delivery and respond to courier calls/messages.
  • If the order is not delivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, or failure to answer delivery calls, and the shipment is marked as RTO (Return to Origin), the following conditions will apply:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Refund (if approved) will be subject to internal verification.
๐Ÿ‘‰ In case any refund is approved, shipping and handling charges will be deducted.

  • For customized products, once the order is processed, no refund will be applicable even in RTO cases, as the product is made specifically for the customer.

Important Notes:

  • Since all products are customized, minor variations in color, design, or appearance may occur and will not be considered a defect.
  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to all the terms mentioned above.
